Healthcare is known to be confusing, complex and even daunting for members. We sought to break through the health care barriers and give our followers content they actually cared about (like sexual health, mental health or even bathroom talk). Visually, we brought the human touch into the feed through dimensional overlap, natural collage textures, diverse color palette, candid photography, and visually pleasing rounded corner. The new look embodies the Aetna spirit while bringing thought-provoking, important health care topics to the hands of their followers. Our goal is for members to view Aetna has a trusted source and guide. And that through Aetna’s social media platform, members can truly be confident in making their healthcare choices.
